To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.
Prior to the Tryout Date, please confirm as well that you have completed all other steps noted on our website, including printing and filling out the Medical Release form, and purchasing an SRVA/USAV Tryout license. Please note, you only need to purchase one license, regardless of the number of clubs you try out for.
